If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details and all activities under your account.

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose or in ways that could damage the site or impair others’ use of it.

2. Products & Services

2.1 Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, colors, and sizing. However, slight variations may occur. If you receive an item significantly different from its description, please contact us immediately.

2.2 Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we’ll notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

2.3 Hygiene Restrictions

Due to hygiene reasons, Swim Bottoms cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. All other swimwear must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart doesn’t reserve it. Orders are only confirmed when payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You must use a payment method you’re authorized to use.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but this won’t affect confirmed orders.

3.4 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total based on your shipping address.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive tracking information via email once shipped.

4.2 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days)
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days)

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.

4.4 Delivery Issues

You’re responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Swim Bottoms cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective/damaged.

5.3 Return Process

2. Wait for return authorization (2 business days)
3. Ship items with tracking (customer pays return shipping)

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.5 Exchanges

We’ll cover shipping costs for exchanges. Exchanges are processed after we receive your return.

5.6 Damaged Items

Contact us immediately with photos if you receive damaged/defective items. We’ll arrange free replacement or refund.

7. Liability Limitations

7.1 Product Use

Bold Tankinis isn’t liable for any injury or damage resulting from product use beyond its intended purpose as swimwear.

We’re not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
