At Bold Tankinis, we want you to love your swimwear as much as we love creating it. But if something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free returns process has you covered.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swim bottoms unless they arrive defective or damaged. All other products (bikini tops, boardshorts, shorts, and tankinis) are eligible for return.
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request (see template below).
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and include your order number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Receive Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For PayPal payments: Refunds may take 2-3 additional days to appear in your account.
Exchange Process
Want a different size or color? Follow the same return process and specify your exchange preferences in your email. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.
Note: International returns may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before returning.
